
VELUX Solar Powered Skylight (VSS)
The VSS is the ultimate skylight that provides abundant daylight and controllable ventilation. Operated by a Radio Frequency wall-mounted keypad (included) and is powered by a concealed battery pack that is recharged by the external solar panel – allowing operation even when the sun isn’t out.

NB: For roofs below 15° pitch, VSS needs to be raised to 15° and custom flashed. VELUX can assist with technical advice and drawings (build-up not recommended in bushfire areas). VSS skylights not suitable for VELUX Above-Below combination flashings – contact VELUX for more information.
