
VELUX Manual Skylight (VCM)
The VCS is the ultimate skylight that provides abundant daylight and controllable ventilation. Operated by a Radio Frequency wall-mounted keypad (included) and is powered by a concealed battery pack that is recharged by the external solar panel – allowing operation even when the sun isn’t out.

- Available in 7 sizes
- Operated by winder handle for within-reach situations or by rod for out-of-reach use. (sold separately)
- Requires custom-made flashing (not supplied by VELUX)
- Approx 75% heat block
Wireless control system:
- Rain sensor automatically closes the skylight once rain is detected.
- Easy to use wireless key pad provided
- KLF 200 Home Automation Systems interface available (sold separately)
- Automatically control Heat, CO2 and Humidity with VELUX ACTIVE (solar separately)

NB: VELUX recommends VCS is installed with a slight pitch (e.g. 3°-5°) to help prevent condensation build-up and water ponding on the glass. VCS skylights not suitable for VELUX Above-Below combination – contact VELUX for more information. †U-value (W/m²K) and SHGC data based on AFRC simulations, (VCS complete skylight: size 1275mm x 1275mm). ^Skylight tested in closed position (VCS BAL assessed – based on VSS results), additional mesh protection may be required for opening apertures (consult local council).
